Simplot Grower Solutions is seeking a Seasonal Truck Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our team. This full-time seasonal position offers full benefits, substantial overtime opportunities, and the chance to play a critical role in delivering products and services that help farmers succeed.

What You'll Do:
As a key member of our operation, you will:
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver fertilizer, crop protection products, and other agricultural inputs to customers.
- Load, unload, and transport products while ensuring accuracy and safety.
- Fill application equipment and support daily plant operations.
- Help maintain inventory records and warehouse organization.
- Perform preventative maintenance and general upkeep on trucks, equipment, and facility assets.
- Assist with facility maintenance projects, including welding, painting, pump and engine repairs, and general housekeeping.
- Provide operational support during peak agricultural seasons.
- Participate in safety training and contribute to a safe, productive work environment.
- Assist with special projects and provide cross-functional support as needed.

Typical Education
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Combination of education, training and/or experience will be considered for this position.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous commercial truck driving experience.
- Knowledge of local rural routes and geography.
- Understanding of agricultural operations and farming practices.
- CDL endorsements such as:
- HazMat
- Tanker
- Doubles/Triples
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory and product reconciliation
- Ability to work extended hours, including weekends, during peak agricultural seasons
- Ability to perform all essential job functions safely and effectively
